Have you ever, out of inertia, kept investing in relationships, commitments, or even certain personal values, even though the sense of direction and passion had already disappeared?
Kept walking forward while your heart, spirit, and even your body had already “checked out”?

Then you already know what the hibernation of the spirit feels like, a winter sleep.

What is Winter Dream, then?

The winter season is often described as a time of darkness, when everything becomes still and turns inward.

The second day of this workshop actually falls on the shortest day of 2025, leading us into the longest night of the year.
In the heart of that darkness, the very first, almost invisible seed of light begins to emerge and with each passing day in the months ahead, a little more light returns.

Winter Dream is a reminder of a similar process within us: an inner search for what in us remains alive, joyful, and meaningful, what endures despite (or perhaps because of) the surrounding darkness and what we wish to nurture more deeply in 2026.

We’ll spend an intense weekend filled with dance, honest self-reflection, and soulful contemplation.

At the end of the workshop, we’ll create a visual reminder of everything that matters to us in the coming 12 months.

No previous experience is required, but the workshop is based on conscious dance and self-inquiry, so it’s important that you are open to exploring emotions and expressing through movement.
